Time of year?
[edit]Do we have the dates of each of the promotions? I’m curious if it’s usually in the fall, spring, summer, etc? gujamin (talk) 19:46, 17 September 2019 (UTC) (Still a question gujamin (talk) 22:02, 10 October 2022 (UTC))
Year of first game?
[edit]I have no way to prove this but I know the game started prior to when this article states. I worked for McDonald's 1980-1983 in Florida as a crew person and swing manager and I distinctly remember receiving boxes about the size of French fry cases filled with loose, paperboard monopoly game pieces. You would tear off the ends and then open them up to reveal the prize. The prizes ranged from food items up to I think the grand prize was $50,000. You had to either buy something to get a game piece or you could ask for one game piece but you had to mail a letter to the company with a stamped self addressed envelope and they would send you one game piece for free. This was to get around gambling laws. I can't find any information about this on line. But I know we had them and that was the only time I ever worked for that company. What am I missing?
