Wherever circumstances allow, I hereby release my contributions into the Public Domain, free for any reuse. Otherwise my contributions are relased under the most permissive license possible.
Because most other contributors do not release their contributions under such a licence, "wherever circumstances allow" covers
a) new articles or media by me
b) elements of articles or media added by me that are not themselves derivative of non-PD work
c) revisions of an article such that all contributions prior to that revision are made by users who have also made their work PD
