User talk:Excelsior~enwiki
Hi. Please don't create links with '' inside the link. It creates a page with <em> on each side of the title. Thanks - Tεxτurε 22:12, 21 Jun 2004 (UTC)
How egotistical of you to think that your article is perfect. No article is perfect. But besides that theoretical bit of philosophy, there are several problems with the article, which is why I listed it on Cleanup. 1-It does not follow Wikipedia standards for style. 2-It is not complete sentences. 3-It does not make sense. A chef-d'oevre of insolence. Answer on your User talk. Excellsior, Jun 26, 2004
Please add licensing info to images you upload. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the list. Thanks. Secretlondon 21:50, 29 Jun 2004 (UTC)
I see you deleted the cleanup header from the article. I've re-added it. If you continue to delete the header without bothering to clean up the article to match Wikipedia standards, I will list you on WP:RFC. RickK 05:33, Jul 1, 2004 (UTC)
Please do not blank articles. If they need to be delete, please add them to Wikipedia:Votes for deletion. Thanks - Tεxτurε 21:54, 1 Jul 2004 (UTC)
Unverified images
[edit]Hi! Thanks for uploading the following images:
I notice it currently doesn't have an image copyright tag. Could you add one to let us know its copyright status? (You can use {{gfdl}} if you release it under the GNU Free Documentation License, {{fairuse}} if you claim fair use, etc.) If you don't know what any of this means, just let me know at my talk page where you got the images and I'll tag them for you. Thanks so much. [[User:Poccil|Peter O. (Talk, automation script)]] 05:37, Dec 11, 2004 (UTC)
P.S. You can help tag other images at User:Yann/Untagged_Images. Thanks again.
P.P.S. I added another image with same issue Sortior 20:32, Dec 11, 2004 (UTC) Thanks!

I notice that you added this person to the list of neurologists. Thank you for bringing the article to my attention; it was interesting reading.
I noticed that he's the only person on the list who completely antedates Jean-Martin Charcot. What, in your opinion, makes a neurologist? Charcot and his coterie at the Salpetriere were certainly the first to apply that name to themselves. -ikkyu2 (talk) 23:30, 11 March 2006 (UTC)

Unspecified source for Image:EEGkurve01.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:EEGkurve01.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 04:43, 28 September 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Calliopejen1 04:43, 28 September 2007 (UTC)

File source problem with File:Wernicke15.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Wernicke15.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Excelsior. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Excelsior~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
Community Liaison, Wikimedia Foundation
