Update the "Carl Azuz" CNN anchor name to become a link to the wikipedia page that's being created for him. Bobbing for apples (talk) 03:02, 30 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Premature. The article has a sordid history of deletion and recreation, and Draft:Carl Azuz does looks like very unpromising, hagiographic fluff. IF it gets moved to article-space and IF it survives an inevitable deletion nomination and discussion, then it could be linked here. Zaathras (talk) 03:36, 30 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

CNN considers Crimea to be part of Russia?

[edit]

In this article there is a map called "CNN bureau locations" which shows Crimea as being part of Russia.

I believe the only six nations that recognize Crimea as being part of Russia are Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Syria, Afghanistan, and North Korea. Durindaljb (talk) 15:18, 5 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The "Big five" mainstream media conglomerates are primarily owned and run by five Zionists, four of them Jewish, Rupert Murdoch (Fox), Brian L. Roberts (Comcast), Bob Iger (Disney), David Zaslav (Warner), and Shari Redstone (Paramount), leading to the "homogenization of viewpoints presented to news consumers." 67.173.188.255 (talk) 14:28, 27 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I think the first two articles could be a useful inclusion. However, as for your statements: Jews overrepresented in top positions, Jewish ownership/control, The "Big five" mainstream media conglomerates are primarily owned and run by five Zionists, four of them Jewish,.... I see nothing in those articles that even mentions Jews. Unless I'm missing something, I suggest you strike these comments as they appear ro be WP:SYNTH and, frankly speaking, antisemitic. I don't know about the others, but Bob Iger does not own Disney. He will remain CEO until his contract expires in 2026. Rupert Murdoch retired back in 2023, and he has been replaced by Lachlan Murdoch. Dimadick (talk) 21:34, 27 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done for now: please establish a consensus for this alteration before using the {{Edit semi-protected}} template. This doesn't seem to me to be notable enough for the main CNN article, and might fit better at History of CNN or somewhere similar. DrOrinScrivello (talk) 18:11, 24 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Far Left US Presidential 2024 coverage

[edit]

CNN has been accused of a full scale disinformation campaign before the presidential election.

The network is deceptively editing a comment Trump made during a campaign event in Arizona about Liz Cheney.

During the event, Trump called out the Cheneys for being "war hawks" who support unnecessary wars that lead to the de*ths innocent people.

The president then asked how Liz Cheney would like it if she was in their position.

The context is being completely ignored by the media who now claims that Trump wants to execute Cheney. 2409:40D5:100F:1572:8000:0:0:0 (talk) 17:22, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
