I agree that this article should be merged with Bacteriaemia and probably also with under the common name of Blood Poisoning or Septicaemia. Howevern, the tone of bohe aticles is very different. Blood poisoning is written n a more broadly accessible style while Bacteriaemia seems to have bee nwritten n a more professionall style. I think that we must find a balance between these two different styles....

Blood poisoning vs bacteremia

This section titled 'Blood poisoning' is now a redirect to bacteremia. However, the section on bacteremia states that bacteremia is different from blood poisoning, and links back to here. How can this be resolved?
