Talk:Lateral thought
If I'd been doing it from scratch I'd probably have used the term lateral thinking as the article name, and made this the redirect if that. Edward De Bono coined the term lateral thinking and popularised it in his 1985 book Lateral Thinking. I think lateral thought is a derivative term, and it's a poor one, as it's not clear whether or not it's a count noun. However, there is an advantage in doing it this way, as it might be confusing to have two different articles named Lateral thinking and Lateral Thinking, so I'm going to leave it as is. If this were renamed, probably I'd go to Lateral Thinking (book) for the book. Andrewa 23:44, 17 Nov 2003 (UTC)
