I've been trying to get the numbers to line up but have given up. I tried the non breaking space thing with no luck. If someone could it explain it to me I would be grateful! (Gog)

Merged with Income statement?

Yes, it should definitely merge with income statement. The question is, which title should be retained? I believe "income statement," based on the Google test. However I think P&L is an older term and maybe we should use that instead. Rhobite 20:36, Dec 3, 2004 (UTC)

I would have to agree on the merger. But it's a tough question on which title to keep. In the US the prevailing term seems to have become income statement but P&L is still being used in schools even today occasionally... really it's just a preference thing depending on what term teachers used. --Hansonc 02:53, Jun 23, 2005 (UTC)
