The person Listed as Pete Fontana really was DJ Fontana.

Pete Fontana that is listed as one of the Hayride performers was actually DJ Fontana. He was the paid in-house Drummer, he was also the drummer for Elvis in a band called the Blueboys put together by Sam Phillips at Sun Records. He remained with Elvis after the band broke up.
