[edit]I asked the grandson of Robert Carney (Judge Robert Carney) to edit this article, but he said that it looks like whoever wrote this article knows more about his grandfather than he does. --NoPetrol 21:25, 19 Dec 2004 (UTC)
I too spoke with Judge Carney about his grandfather and actually provided him with print outs from this page. He was a great Judge (now retired). That said, Robert Carney is seriously non-existent in Wiki. He witnessed and participated in our Naval history yet isn't even mentioned on the Annapolis page for important graduates....
